Texas has gotten off to a relatively slow start with their 2013 recruiting class - shockingly no commits from their recent Junior Day - but added a nice piece of the puzzle on Wednesday morning with their second pledge from Dallas (Texas) wide receiver Jake Oliver, multiple recruiting sites report.
