Brighton & Hove Albion are close to signing Manchester City midfielder Abdul Razak on loan.
The 19-year-old has played four games for City this season, including three in the Carling Cup.
The Ivory Coast-born player was on loan at Portsmouth earlier in the campaign and made three appearances.
