Giants left tackle David Diehl had a thick bandage over his right hand but said he was “feeling good.” Just days earlier, Diehl, who played the last two months of the season with a broken hand, had had surgery, getting six screws inserted, he said. He said the screws were inserted into one finger.

“It’s time to heal up and rest anyways,” he said. “Looking forward to resting up and getting started again. Before we know it, the season will be here.”
