No. 14 Florida got an important win at Alabama on Wednesday, and Erving Walker got an all-time record.
Walker had five points and seven assists in the Gators’ 61-52 win over the Crimson Tide. That pushed his career assist total to 505, breaking a record that had stood for more than 20 years. The previous leader was Ronnie Montgomery, who finished playing in 1988.
