BLOOMINGTON, Ind. For years and years, 20 victories was a given for Indiana University's basketball program. Twenty was an expectation, the only real question being where the Hoosiers would be seeded in the NCAA Tournament and how deep they would go.
Then Kelvin Sampson happened.
