Well, either Ellen DeGeneres wants Kate Upton and Mark Sanchez to date, or she wants Upton and Sanchez to just admit that they're dating.

The talk show host basically insisted that the two were dating when Upton appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to discuss her selection as cover model for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

And here I thought that Sanchez wanted Santonio Holmes to be his Valentine.

My guess is that Ellen has the scoop on an Upton and Sanchez relationship—or at least that the two are dating—and thought it would be funny to pepper Upton with questions about the matter. And frankly, watching Upton squirm a little was pretty entertaining.

I mean, it was sad, because I really thought Kate and I would be something someday, but I'm willing to wait.

You're worth a little bit of time, Kate. Just don't string me along forever.

Oh, and don't listen to Ellen talking about how small your itsy bitsy, tenny weeny bikini is—I like that bikini just the way it is.
