The left Achilles' strain that 76ers starting center Spencer Hawes suffered has turned from annoyance to full-blown concern. Before the Sixers' 103-87 loss to the host Orlando Magic last night, coach Doug Collins said he expected Hawes to remain out until after the All-Star Game, which is Sunday, Feb. 26, here in Orlando.
