The New York Knicks rode a hot start and Jeremy Lin's playmaking ability to a 100-85 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night. Scroll down for reaction from throughout the game.
In case you're wondering, Lin and the Knicks are off until Friday, when they host the New Orleans Hornets at Madison Square Garden.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that Linsanity is going to be alive and well when things go final in that game.
Thanks for reading and following along, everyone.
Here's another Lin-to-Jeffries dish-and-dunk for your viewing pleasure.

Kudos to ESPN's Dan Rafael for the best Mayweather-themed Lin tweet:
What say you now, Money?

The Knicks have won their seventh straight game, and Linsanity is alive and well.
Lin finished the game with 10 points and 13 assists, a new career-high. He played only 26 minutes, sitting the entire fourth quarter because the game was well out of reach.
Elsewhere on the Knicks, Bill Walker and Steve Novak both scored 14 points.
Tyreke Evans led the Kings with 19 points. DeMarcus Cousins pitched in with 15, and Isaiah Thomas had 14 off the bench.
He was also booed every time he did anything.
Game over. The Knicks take this one by the final of 100-85. They started hot, and the outcome was never really in doubt after that.
Back with a Lin report in just a second.

For those of you curious about Lin's turnover problem, here's this from ESPN Stats & Info:
Yeah, but the Knicks are about to have a seven-game win streak, so it's all good for them.
Timeout with 2:52 to go in the fourth. Knicks up 98-74.
They took a three-pointer away from Jimmer Fredette, so he's back down to eight points. Turns out he hasn't outscored Jeremy Lin.
That makes me chuckle.
Random note: Jeremy Lin is currently not trending on Twitter. Something feels...wrong...
Jimmer Fredette has officially outscored Jeremy Lin. He has 11 points to Lin's 10.
May Lin never live this one down...
Knicks up 94-75 with 4:01 to go.

Knicks up 92-69 with 5:43 to go. This one's not close, nor is it interesting.
We're dealing with something we haven't had to deal with yet. What happens when Linsanity becomes boring and routine?
Assuming he keeps it up, it's going to happen sooner or later. It's happening right now, in fact.
Your thoughts?
For your amusement, here's Lin's alley-oop to Landry Fields from earlier.
You're welcome.
Lin on the bench. MSG crowd chanting "We want Lin!"
My guess is still that he's done for the game. May as well beat the traffic, MSG people.
Knicks up 83-59 with 9:15 to go.
Knicks up 83-57. Commentators talking about elephants.
Yup, that's what this game has become.
What are your thoughts on elephants? Can't stand the buggers, myself.
The third quarter is over. Knicks are up 77-55.
Don't think we'll see much of Lin in the fourth. No reason for Mike D'Antoni to wear him out.
At present, Lin has 10 points, 13 assists and five rebounds. Not a bad game.

Pretty good MLB comparison from Jeff Passan right here, re Jeremy Lin:
Seriously, he's gotta be there. The All-Star Game deserves Lin.
Lin has hit the bench. He's sitting next to Carmelo Anthony, who is laughing and joking with him.
This is probably some evil plot by Melo to get people to like him. ESPN and others will reveal him for the fraud he is, surely.

Jimmer Fredette just drew a blocking foul and knocked down a couple of free throws. He has six points, but the Kings trail 74-53.
Random thought: Can you imagine how nuts this game would be if Fredette was actually having a good rookie season? It feels like a distant memory now, but Fredette was kind of a big deal this time last year.

And a jumper just made it a double-double for Lin. He has 10 points and 13 assists now.
Knicks up 72-48.
Don't worry, I'm sure the Kings will start playing defense at some point.
Lin just found Jared Jeffries for a killer jam. That's 12 assists for Lin, a new career high.
Knicks up 67-46 with just under six to play in the third.

I have one thing to say to you, Frank Isola. That will not end well:
A little background: Cousins is starting to get a little chippy because things aren't going his way. Business as usual.

Lin is very close to having a double-double. He's already picked up his 10th assist, and he has eight points.
I'm placing the over/under on Lin assists at 16. Any takers?
Knicks up 61-40 with 9:00 to go in the third.
Second half is underway. Knicks have already upped their lead to 20 at 56-36.
Anybody want to bet on the Kings to come back?
Anybody?

I should point out that Marcus Thornton has played a pretty good game so far. He's leading all scorers with 13 points and is 5-of-11 from the field.
There's not much else for the Kings to brag about. They've looked awful, as was expected.
Just FYI, the Kings are shooting 32.6 percent from the field and they're letting the Knicks shoot 51.3 percent from the field.
This is why they're down by 18.
Behold the above video, which features an alley-oop from Lin to Chandler in the first quarter. Now that's how it's done.
Unless we're talking about defense. That's not how it's done.
