Arsenal vs. AC Milan Video: Watch Kevin Prince-Boateng's Epic Finish vs. Gunners
Well, it looks like someone's going to have a good night.
Kevin-Prince Boateng, that is.
The Ghanaian midfielder celebrated his return from a muscular problem suffered against Inter Milan last month with a vivacious volley to grant AC Milan a 1-0 lead over Arsenal in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League standoff at the San Siro on Wednesday.
Boateng was able to secure a splendid ball in from Antonio Nocerino on his chest before firing it past Gunners goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny and into the net from the right side with his right foot. The score marked Boateng's third in the Champions League this season and the first of two in the first half for the Rossoneri. Robinho added a blast of his own in the 38th minute as Milan continued to blitz the Gunners' leaky back line.
If the Rossoneri continue to attack at this pace, they'll be well on their way to wrapping up a spot in the final eight before they set one foot on the pitch at the Emirates Stadium in London for the second leg on March 6th.
