Ohio State coach Urban Meyer's recruiting tactics were called "illegal" by Wisconsin's Bret Bielema. Meyer poached talent from a number of schools, including four players who had once verbally committed to Penn State, which landed the nation's No. 4 recruiting class but rubbed his new colleagues the wrong way.
