Kansas State football player, Allen Furious Chapman, 20, 1814 Todd Rd., was arrested for driving while suspended at 8:36 p.m. on Feb. 11. Chapman was arrested at 11th and Vattier. The officer made a routine traffic stop for the car's headlights not being on.
