Auburn tight end Philip Lutzenkirchen confirmed on Twitter Monday that he recently had offseason shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
Asked by Auburn basketball forward Kenny Gabriel on Twitter about his surgery, Lutzenkirchen responded by tweeting “tore my labrum a while back.”
