The Cardinals' received their first good news of the off-season on Saturday when worked leaked that the Rams didn't hire Steve Keim, the Cardinals player personnel director, as their general manager.
Keim was one of several candidates who interviewed for the job. Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting the team hired Les Snead, the Falcons director of player personnel.
