Matt Duchene returned to practice with the Avalanche today, albeit in an orange non-contact jersey.

The Avalanche forward, out since Dec. 29 with a left knee injury, skated hard and didn't seem in pain at all during the hour-long practice. While it is unlikely he'll return to the lineup by the Avs' next game, Wednesday in Vancouver, Duchene will accompany the team on its three-game Canadian road swing.
