Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett has declined an invitation to speak at Wednesday’s Memorial Mass in Harrisburg for the late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno.
Corbett said he will attend the service, which begins at 4 p.m. at the Cathedral Parish of Saint Patrick, 212 State St., Harrisburg.
