The countdown to Euro 2012 has already begun.

With just under four months left until the opening kickoff, none of the teams have finalized their rosters yet. And in the case of England, the identity of the manager is unknown.

It’s never too early to start speculating though. Today, the subject is up-and-coming players at Euro 2012, and we’ve got five for you to keep your eye on as the club season winds down.

Making this list meant satisfying only a few requirements. First, the players have to be young—in our case, 22 or younger at the time of the tournament. Second, they have to be awesome enough to make us think they can have a breakout performance at Euro 2012.
