Come this Wednesday, the UFC ventures to Omaha, Neb., where a welterweight collision pitting contenders Jake Ellenberger and Diego Sanchez will headline the event, which will air live on FUEL TV.
A litany of bouts will take place. Though many fighters inhabiting the card are coveted as some of the best and more notable fighters in their respective divisions, there are some who remain in dire straits.
With another loss incurred in their next outing, the following few can find themselves on the chopping block, where they could be handed their pink slips with the organization.
Walel Watson

After making an emphatic debut with a first-round knockout of Joseph Sandoval, bantamweight Walel Watson was pitted against fellow striking savant Yves Jabouin.
In a close and contentious bout, the Canadian Jabouin earned a split-decision win.
Against opponent T.J. Dillashaw, Watson finds himself at a deficit as his weakness, his takedown defense, could be exposed by the collegiate level wrestler. With a loss he'll be 1-2 in the UFC, which more than likely, means an imminent end.
TJ Dillashaw

After battling his way to the finals of Season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter, Dillashaw incurred the first loss of his mixed-martial-arts career, as the heavy-handed John Dodson used a quick combination to floor Dillashaw early, taking home the first-round stoppage.
Now, Dillashaw is looking to gain his first win inside the Octagon, though should he lose to the unheralded Walel Watson, Dillashaw's brief two-fight stint with the UFC will be the last we hear from the Team Alpha Male product.
Jonathon Brookins

Jonathan Brookins, the season 12 winner of The Ultimate Fighter, went from an exciting young prospect to a largely forgotten featherweight, thanks to injuries and a lackluster performance in his last outing.
After defeating Michael Johnson in a rallying performance to cinch the TUF title, Brookins was pitted against top contender Erik Koch, where a grab-and-stall tactic was employed throughout the bout by Brookins.
The Portland native took Koch to a decision, but ended up losing unanimously on the judges scorecards.
Brookins will either have to turn in a fan-friendly performance in losing, or will have to defeat the underrated Vagner Rocha in order to secure his spot with the organization.

On Wednesday a number of fighters will be making their organizational debuts with the UFC.
Tim Means, Bernardo Magalhaes, Anton Kuivanen, Justin Salas, Buddy Roberts and Sean Loeffler are all in danger of being one-and-done with the promotion, save for an impressive outing that brings the crowd to a roar.
