I watched this clip about seven times in a row, and each time, I could only muster one word to convey my feelings about what I had just witnessed:

BOOMSHAKALAKA!

Two steals in consecutive possessions is impressive enough, but finishing each of those turnovers by tossing highlight reel alley-oops on the break?

That's just magnificent. As was Rondo's performance—the point guard finished with 32 points, 10 rebounds and 15 assists.

Rondo was straight ballin' on Sunday afternoon.

This was a big win for the Boston Celtics, who most certainly didn't want to fall to a Chicago Bulls team minus Derrick Rose. I'm sure the 95-91 final score was a bit tighter than Boston would have preferred, but they came out with a much-needed win and snapped a two-game losing streak.

Rondo has been the subject of some interesting trade rumors recently, most notably one rumor that has him being sent to the Los Angeles Lakers for Pau Gasol.

But after this performance, perhaps Rondo reminded everyone just how valuable he is for this Celtics team.
