Ramsey County's Vikings Stadium Plan Update a "Game-Changer"
Parking revenue, naming rights, hospitality taxes and an admissions surcharge could generate $20.6 million per year, on average, for a new Minnesota Vikings stadium in Arden Hills, according to a new plan unveiled Friday by two Ramsey County Commissioners.
Calling their new financing proposal a "game-changer," the Ramsey County officials met with Gov. Mark Dayton on Friday morning with a renewed push for the Arden Hills site.
