NCAA Proposes Rules Changes on Kickoffs, Blocking to Prevent Injuries
The NCAA Football Rules Committee met Tuesday-Thursday in Charlotte, N.C., to discuss and recommend rules changes to college for the 2012 season.
Now that the proposals, which are all centered around player safety and mimic some of the countermeasures taken by the NFL in recent years to prevent injury, have been released, the five proposals made by the committee will be sent to NCAA members for comment.
