The Rock Video: Watch WWE Star Curse on ESPN's SportsCenter
I'll bet you the FCC can smell what The Rock is cooking.
(Note: video not safe for work.)
On a live taping of SportsCenter this morning, John Buccigross was interviewing The Rock, who either didn't realize the taping was live or stubbornly chooses to believe that real life can be edited after the fact.
Whoops.
But hey, why stop after blurting out one profanity on live television? The Rock was so in character talking about his bout with John Cena at Wrestlemania that he dropped a second profanity (to the chagrin of ESPN executives everywhere, I'm sure).
All in all, the interview was really odd. At one point, Buccigross did an impersonation of Christopher Walken after imploring The Rock to do the same. How many times do you see something like that on SportsCenter?
Honestly, not enough.
As for interviewees dropping profanities during live tapings of SportsCenter, well, that isn't all that strange these days. Cuba Gooding Jr. recently did the same during an impersonation of Allen Iverson.
Live television—it's magical!
Hit me up on Twitter—my tweets never accidentally fall over the goal line.
