Ohio State Parts Ways with Jaamal Berry While He Awaits Trial

Ohio State coach Urban Meyer has decided to part ways with junior running back Jaamal Berry while he deals with legal issues stemming from an assault charge last October.
Berry's attorney R. William Meeks told the Columbus Dispatch that Berry had been dismissed from the program but is still enrolled and will remain on scholarship at least until the end of the quarter.
