The UEFA Champions League resumes next week with the first four of the last 16 ties playing their first legs.

Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona are favourites to make it back-to-back titles and should comfortably dispatch Bayer Leverkusen to advance to the quarterfinals.

Among those looking to stop Barca are their bitter Spanish rivals Real Madrid, who under Jose Mourinho’s leadership are currently sitting pretty at the top of La Liga.

Also included in this list of the five most likely 2011-12 Champions League winners are English representatives Chelsea, Italian champions AC Milan and Bayern Munich—who have extra motivation this year with the final being played in their home city in Germany.
