Ohio State Football

Fiesta Bowl classic

Clayton CoffmanAnalyst IJanuary 6, 2009
What was supposed to be a Longhorn route of overrated Ohio State turned into a very entertaining game. Terrelle Pryor flashed his incredible down-field running ability and led the Buckeyes to a late fourth-quarter lead. But it was no use in the end as Colt McCoy drove the Longhorns' offense down the field and hit Quan Cosby for the go-ahead score. Unfortunately for the Buckeyes, leaving two minutes was just enough time for McCoy to lead his team back. It may have never gotten to that point if the Buckeye receivers and Pryor stayed in bounds instead of running out. Either way, it was a great game and well played by both teams.
