The Super Bowl halftime show has been lacking in recent years, but with an icon like Madonna leading the way in this year's performance, we're bound to see a massive improvement.

Prince stole the show at Super Bowl XLI, and though the height of his career had passed, his iconic status allowed him to deliver a historic halftime performance.

In the same way, Madonna's legendary act will make for an explosive lineup of songs that will win over the world once more.
