Andrew Bynum didn’t want to come out of the game in the third quarter. With Bynum and the Lakers’ starters trying to close it out in the fourth, all the Lakers’ reserves stood to watch as if this were high school or college.
Then came the hugs of satisfaction and smiles of relief when it ended barely in the Lakers’ favor...
