I spent a lot of time during today’s FanFest media day talking to Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain about their futures, and Brian Wilson about his health. I’m going to write that up soon. The bullet points are that Lincecum and Cain both insisted they are happy with moves to upgrade the offense, Lincecum in no way has decided he’s leaving as a free agent after his new two-year contract expires, and Cain hopes to sign a long-term deal, though he was careful not to say it was a foregone conclusion.
