Super Bowl 2012 Predictions: 5 Things the Announcers Will Say
There are just certain things that are guaranteed to be said or shown during a Super Bowl broadcast. It’s a given: You know it, we know it, every sports fan knows it.
The pregame will have the show nobody watches, followed by the national anthem and a flyover – even if it is a dome. The postgame will have confetti, Lombardi-trophy hoisting and cliche-filled interviews.
But what about during the game?
What will be said during those four quarters between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots on Sunday? So, why not give it a few predictions. Some are all-but guaranteed (a certain tight end’s ankle, perhaps?), while others are up to chance.
Regardless, like prop bets on the coin flip, this is the kind of stuff that makes sports fun—the kind of stuff Bleacher Report Swagger enjoys the most.
