This year’s National Signing Day was more about quality than quantity for the University of Southern California.

USC is still under probation from the NCAA for the Reggie Bush scandal that kept them out of the postseason the past two years, so they really have to narrow their recruiting search.

They landed a ton of Top 100 recruits and added another elite receiver to the fold, giving Matt Barkley another elite weapon for next season. The Trojans had huge holes on the offensive line and desperately needed to fill those holes on National Signing Day. They did that and earned themselves one of the best classes in the country.
