King High School all-purpose running back decommitted from the University of Cincinnati and signed with the Michigan Wolverines late Tuesday night, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The four-star tailback received an offer from UM coach Brady Hoke last week. It was one he couldn't refuse.

Norfleet is an extremely explosive player with great speed and acceleration, possessing the ability to make defenders miss in open space. At 5'7", 165 lbs, he won't be an every-down back. However, his versatility in the passing game and special teams makes him a dangerous man.

Although Hoke has provided a new recruiting experience for Michigan football by landing 20 commitments before July even ended, he has been relatively quiet since then. The Wolverines aren't expected to come away with any surprises today, but that doesn't mean they can't stay within the Top 10 for the class of 2012.

A big help would be to get Chicago Simeon offensive lineman Jordan Diamond, who won't be deciding until Friday. Although Michigan has been a childhood favorite of the five-star tackle, other teams such as Arkansas, Auburn and Wisconsin have made a strong impression.

Diamond is a highly aggressive offensive lineman with the drive to continue his success at the collegiate level. The 6'6", 290-pound athlete has monstrous strength and guy like that could potentially start his freshman year with the maize and blue.

Michigan will spend most of the day waiting for national letters of intent rather than Signing Day announcements.
