Here are some highlights of Jim Calhoun’s the post-game remarks on Sunday:

“First of all, congratulations to Notre Dame. They came in here, ground us down with a delay-type offense that plays to their strength. … When we played them at Notre Dame two weeks ago we were able to pace the game up a little bit and play with some enthusiasm. In the second half, we opened and we didn’t score for seven minutes and that was the game. Down the stretch, win, lose or draw, it doesn’t make any difference. You can’t wait until there are two minutes to go to see if you can win the game.”
