While Nadal may have lost, there is no shame in the battle that these two men engaged in and it will be just the latest chapter in a storied rivalry that is far from over.

The 2012 Australian Open was setting up to be another epic matchup between this duo, but none could have predicted just how long and just how amazing the final would become.

With both men still very young, this has all the makings of the best feud in all of sports over the next few years.

From the way twitter has reacted, this is something that tennis fans and sports fan in general can get behind. Tennis just made plenty of skeptics into hardcore believers.
