Every year, there are eliminations in which a wrestler comes in like a house of fire, only to get eliminated before you even know they're in the match. Each of the following wrestlers will be more of a joke than an actual threat to win the match.
Santino already owns the record for fastest elimination, as he was in the match for less than two seconds in the 2009 Royal Rumble. However, last year Santino made it all the way to the final two, before being eliminated by Alberto Del Rio.
The question is, could Santino find a way to tie his mark from ’09?
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Santino come into the rumble match and somehow eliminate someone, before being tossed himself.
Estimated time in the rumble: less than a minute.
McIntyre has been the joke of the Smackdown brand, as he has lost more matches than he has won. The WWE creative team has even given Drew a storyline—end the losing streak or get fired.
McIntyre could get some time in the match during which he would fight with some of the other participants.
However, once Santino—remember how I said that he would get to eliminate someone?— enters the rumble, he will dump McIntyre over the top rope, thus eliminating him from the match.
Estimated time in the rumble: two minutes 35 seconds.
Hey, remember Mason Ryan? Of course you don’t because the big muscle has been left off of television for the majority of 2012. Ryan seemed to get a big push heading into the Survivor Series.
However, since that pay-per-view, it seems as if Ryan has been lost in the shuffle.
At the rumble, Ryan will enter somewhere in the teens, probably 14. Ryan will come in and make some power moves on some of the smaller talent like Justin Gabriel, Yoshi Tatsu and Epico or Primo.
Then when he isn’t paying attention, he will get dumped over the top rope by Sheamus.
Estimated time in rumble: three minutes.
These three wrestlers will barley leave a mark on this year’s Royal Rumble match.
