In what is rated as the toughest conference in college basketball, Ohio State made it look easy again last night.

The fourth-ranked Buckeyes, who lead the nation in scoring margin, got out to an 8-0 lead on Penn State and never trailed in a 78-54 victory at Value City Arena.

The Nittany Lions became the fifth Big Ten team and 15th overall to lose to Ohio State by 20 or more points this season, and the 12th at Value City Arena.

The Buckeyes (18-3, 6-2) extended their home-court winning streak to 37 games, second-longest in the country to Kentucky’s 47.
