Bleacher Report’s Home Court Advantage stopped in Pittsburgh this week to talk to students and players about the intense Panthers fan base.

Panthers fans all sit in the Oakland Zoo for basketball games and claim to have one of the loudest student sections in the entire country. They call it the Oakland Zoo because all the fans are crazy and super excited. The Zoo was created 10 years ago to help drive up excitement around the basketball program and it hasn’t slowed down since.

The Zoo was voted the loudest in the Big East and it doesn’t get much louder than it does during the Backyard Brawl, when West Virginia comes to town.
