With so many free agents up for big paydays, you're sure to hear a lot about the biggest names on the market, but oftentimes, those are the biggest flops while under-the-radar signings that go unnoticed have the biggest impact.
In 2012, there are sure to be plenty of those names to go around. The NFL's elite will surely get their paydays, but there are plenty of respected players that will go unnoticed—that is, until they're making their opponents pay for not paying them.
Personnel departments will scour the free-agent lists as they do every year, and as they get further away from the top of their list, they could find several names that could offer a quick return on investment.
