ESPN's Jay Bilas, in his most recent ranking of college basketball teams, "The Bilas Index," has Wisconsin 28th on his list.
"The most intriguing thing about Wisconsin is how it manages to stay at number three in the Kenpom.com ratings," Bilas said. "Some things can't be explained but this has to do with Wisconsin's offense controlling the ball and the clock, thereby helping the defense."
