The Rangers have been to two consecutive World Series and are aggressively putting together a team that will return once again and win it this time. The Dallas Mavericks just won a World Championship and are poised to build a dream team this summer.. And the reigning NBA Champions have managed to remain competitive and compelling to watch, despite recent free agent losses.

The Dallas Cowboys, meanwhile, sit in the midst of down-time, where they have too many holes to patch up in one off-season. The secondary is a shambles, the offensive line is a mess, they need help at linebacker, both inside and outside, and their new star receiver is better at run-ins with the law than running correct routes on the field.

Compounding all of these problems is the fact that the Philadelphia Eagles are just a couple of linebackers short of a complete and very scary team. The Eagles will land those linebackers this off-season. The New York Giants suddenly look even scarier. They will find help for their secondary in the off-season and then where are their weaknesses? Offense? Nope, they have a very potent offense. Defense? Their front seven is dominant, their secondary that is playing in the postseason is improving. In March and April, the Giants will bolster their secondary even further.

The pressure at Valley Ranch should be immense right about now.
