If you are a regular over at B/R Swagger, you know that there are a lot of beautiful, talented women in the sport of golf.

Natalie Gulbis, Anna Rawson and Blair O'Neal come to mind, for instance.

But this year, at least according to the readers of Golf Digest, the hottest golfer in the world is 26-year-old German Sandra Gal, who beat out Rickie Fowler for the top spot.

Gal received more than 80,000 votes to earn the distinction as the fairest golfer of them all -- a testament to our user demographics (more men voting for Gal than women voting for Fowler), the power of social media (Gal actively recruited voters on Twitter), but most of all, Gal, a 26-year-old German who is looking to build off her first LPGA win in last year's Kia Classic.

She's not just a stunning beauty, of course—this Gal's got some game.

She finished 2011 20th on the LPGA money list, won her first tournament as mentioned above and had five top-five finishes on the year.

Success is hot.

And while she can't boast a "hot track" like Rickie Fowler and the Golf Boys had with "Oh Oh Oh," Gal's at least got better hair.

Though Fowler sure puts up a fight.

So I praise you, readers of Golf Digest, for you picked the sexiest golfer in the game today, both for her beauty and for her game.
