With the conference championships just a few days away, it’s time to power rank the odds for each team making the Super Bowl.

All of the teams left have a solid chance, but there are clear favorites this week and clear underdogs. None of that matters when a Super Bowl is on the line, though.

Each of the following teams will be fighting for their dreams this weekend, but only two will be able to contend for the big prize in February.

Which Team Will be the Biggest Bust?

There is no question that after dismantling the Denver Broncos, the New England Patriots are the favorites to stake their claim to a Super Bowl berth.

The 45-10 beat down was a precursor to the game this weekend against the Baltimore Ravens and a message to anyone playing the Patriots that they will not be defeated.

As long as Tom Brady is under center for New England, they will be the favorites to win the Super Bowl and almost certainly beat the Ravens on Sunday

Everyone has momentum in the playoffs, especially as you get deeper into the rounds. With that said, the New York Giants have legitimate momentum after knocking off the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers.

With Eli Manning and the Giants knocking off the Atlanta Falcons and the Green Bay Packers so far, the San Francisco 49ers will be the toughest defensive threat they have faced this season.

The key for a New York victory this week and going forward will be limiting the team’s turnovers and allowing the rest of the players to just do their jobs. If they stay smart, we may have a rematch of 2007’s Super Bowl.

If it wasn’t for one of the hardest hitting defense since the Pittsburgh Steelers of a few seasons ago, San Francisco wouldn’t have gotten this far. Good thing for them that they do then.

With the best run defense in the NFL, they will force Eli Manning to pass the ball and hope their defense can slow him down more than they stopped Drew Brees and the Saints last week.

The Giants defense is far better than the Saints, so Alex Smith has to be extra careful and make sure he doesn’t cost his team a chance at the Super Bowl.

Baltimore Ravens

As good as the Ravens looked on Sunday against the Houston Texans, we can’t forget that they were playing a squad that was on their third-string, rookie quarterback. As good as T.J. Yates is, Tom Brady he ain’t.

For the Ravens to win this game, they need to forget the fact that they’re too slow to stop the Patriots offensive barrage and just play inspired football. Baltimore needs to use last week’s dominance to propel them to the next level.

While the odds are stacked high against the Ravens, they have the personnel to pull off a shocker against the favored Patriots.

Super Bowl Odds: 30%
