The hot stove continues to burn as we inch along towards spring.

The best player on the open market is still sitting there. Prince Fielder leads our hot rumors of the day, and we have a couple of surprise teams to add to the sweepstakes.

The list of teams that have been interested at some points is extensive and includes; the Milwaukee Brewers, Miami Marlins, Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners and Washington Nationals. Well, we now have a couple more to add to the mix.

Aside from that, we have a few more tasty rumors to bandy about in a fluid working market. The Cubs and Yankees have been big players this winter, but they may not be nearly done yet.
