The Never-Ending Carlos Tevez Trade Saga from Manchester City Takes Bizarre Turn

It's no secret that AC Milan have suspended all talks with Manchester City over the Carlos Tevez trade after Alexander Pato refused to join Paris Saint-Germain. As soon as that talk broke down, there surfaced rumors that Inter Milan have shown an interest in the Argentine hit man.
However, in a bizarre twist in the Tevez saga, PSG, who were denied Pato, seem to be in the hunt for Tevez, according to Goal.com. Carlo Ancelotti, manager of PSG, has been looking for a big-name signing, and Tevez fits the bill perfectly. In return, PSG are willing to shelve out €10 million a year in wages for him.
Given Tevez's history, should any club take a risk with him? He is a great player, but he seems to spark up a scandal everywhere he goes. What do you think of Tevez and his never-ending transfer saga and sob stories?
