Former Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher has agreed to terms with The St.Louis Rams. The former Titans head coach held the longest tenure in the NFL before being released two seasons ago.

Although the Rams get their big name coach, the problems are aplenty for the team who has not made any noise since the "Greatest Show On Turf" days.

Fisher was running on what he did in the past with the Titans, not what he had recently done. He handled the Vince Young situation poorly, and the team was mediocre for the last half of his tenure.

I think Fisher is a wonderful football mind and a great hire by the organization, but the roster needs a major overhaul if this team wants to become a force again. Although a great coach-you can't win without talent.

Not to worry Rams fans- You've been here before.
