Barry Sanders Jr. runs a whole lot like his father used to during his Hall of Fame NFL career.

In fact, if you were to change his number to 20 and put him in a blue jersey, you may actually mistake the younger Sanders for the older one.

The one thing that you can't teach is natural instinct.

It's often called the "it factor," and it's something you either have or you don't.

No matter how much film you watch, there's nothing that replaces being able to naturally see cut-back lanes.

No matter how much you practice, you can't just develop the famous "second gear" that some of the best athletes in the world have.

Some athletes literally work their way to the top, and those are the ones we always respect.

There are others that were born with the talent and skills that can only only be inherited, and they eventually figure out how to truly use them as time goes on.

Those are the athletes that we revere.

I dare say Barry Sanders Jr. has inherited some of the greatness that his father displayed with the Detroit Lions.

He's got breakneck speed, incredible field-vision and a juke move that looks all too familiar to fans of the NFL.

Check out this video of the younger Sanders doing what his father did best: blowing by defenders, racking up yardage and scoring touchdowns.
