Dwight Howard revived Orlando Magic teammate Glen "Big Baby" Davis in Friday night's game against the Chicago Bulls, but can he save his team's season too?

The loss to Chicago last night was another setback for the Magic, who even at 5-3 are a hugely overrated team. The two best teams they have played, the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Bulls, they have lost to.

I mean, this is a cool incident that shows the Magic like to have fun, but are the elite teams doing this? No, they are not.

The lack of seriousness and determination on the court has made Howard unable to win a championship with the Magic. He doesn't take the game seriously enough and in all honesty, he smiles too much on the court.

Against the best teams, it has to be all business. Michael Jordan was all business when defeating elite teams in the regular season, and so were the other greats of the game.

Howard needs to ditch this "Superman" garbage and focus more on winning against the best teams on a consistent basis, and less about starring in commercials and playing silly games on the court.

The Magic front office don't get it either. They want to win a title and build a roster good enough to make Howard stay long term and they trade for Glen Davis?

He's even worse than Howard when it comes to goofing off and not taking things seriously. This is the same "Big Baby" that cried on the bench with the Celtics when Kevin Garnett said something he didn't like.

For the Magic and Howard to be successful this season they need some attitude and they need to be angry. This nonsense isn't going to get them anywhere.
