College Football Predictions 2012: 10 Teams Ready for a National Title Run

BR StudiosFeatured ColumnistJanuary 3, 2012

The 2011 college football season has yet to come to a close, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look ahead to what 2012 has in store.

Several teams are returning elite players, and they will most certainly contend in the BCS in 2012. Some will have an easier road than others, but everyone must avoid mishaps along the way.

It’s never easy predicting who will win it all well before the season starts, but we do have a good idea as to which teams should be capable of competing at a very high level in 2012.

As always, there will be surprises next year that nobody sees coming. Players that we think will head to the NFL might shock us all and decide to come back, which would definitely stir the pot.

With bowl season coming to an end, pondering what next year has to offer keeps the excitement going.
