WWE It Begins 2012: Chris Jericho's WWE Return

Chris Jericho made his WWE return tonight on Raw, coming live from Memphis.

The flabby 42-year-old was the man behind the "It Begins" promos after all, and this fan is pissed.

I've seen Y2J. I've seen Save Us. I've had enough of hyped returns.

When I heard of the promos, my first thoughts were either Undertaker or Jericho, both of whom should be retired from active wrestling by now.

I'm tired of both of them, and now that Jericho has returned, I'm sure the Undertaker isn't far behind.

Jericho has nothing left to prove in the ring and would only be satisfying his ego by stepping back into the fray.

Jericho is going to get his rockstar spotlight that he wants, taking away valuable time away from the young guys trying to break out of the mid- and lower-card scene.

No, don't get me wrong, Jericho is one of my favorite wrestlers, and if used correctly, Jericho could really help the current WWE product by putting guys over and possibly being the mouthpiece manager for guys like Mason Ryan.

Jericho should remember his time spent in WCW and being held back by the old guys that didn't want to give up their spot.

Retire already, open a wrestling school in Canada and continue acting and touring with your band, because it's time to pass the torch.
