Just before the Jaguars' final game of the 2011 season, Jaguars kicker Josh Scobee said he would be surprised if he wasn't with the Jaguars for the 2012 season.
I will be too.
Started talking about this a little bit yesterday on Twitter and thought I'd blog a more thorough discussion of Scobee's situation.
Sources have told me very preliminary discussions have begun about Scobee's contract and both sides want a long-term deal reached. Scobee is absolutely one of the team's top priorities.
