The Hottest Cheerleader on Each NBA Team

The NBA lockout lasted too long. It forced the NBA to eliminate 16 games from the schedule and has forced some teams to play several games a week. It did more than just affect the players, owners and coaches, however, it also hurt those lovely ladies that rock the sidelines—the NBA dancers.

You remember them, right? Those beautiful women that give us something to stare at between breaks in the action. The same women we tell our wives or girlfriends we are not using the binoculars for.

Now that the season is officially underway, we can begin to analyze the hotties of the 2011-2012 season. What better way to do that than with a list of the hottest NBA cheerleaders?

So here are the hottest NBA cheerleaders of the new 2011-2012 NBA season. Enjoy.

30. Utah Jazz

The Nu Skin Utah Jazz dancers have been named—not sure where those names are listed, however—and have been performing during Jazz home games this season.

So why the whole team on my list? Because it is apparently a secret to anyone outside of the city of Utah. I live in New Orleans; therefore, I have no names.

From the looks of this photo, there is plenty of talent.

29. Samantha K.: Cleveland Cavaliers

There is a saying by NBA fans in Cleveland, and it goes like this:

If at first you don't succeed, there is always football. Oh wait, Pittsburgh is not in Ohio?

28. Kendra: Orlando Magic

Everyone calls Kendra, dancer for the Orlando Magic, Ken Doll. I am not sure why, but isn't that supposed to be the name of a boy doll?

That being said, she sure does not look anything like a boy doll. She looks more like a fine piece of art work that someone might display in front of their gallery.

27. Krista: Denver Nuggets

Krista is no ordinary NBA dancer. She is a lofty, four-year veteran for the Denver Nuggets Mile High Dance club. 

OK, so that is not their real name, but I thought I would give it a shot. Pretty cool, right?

26. Juliana: Atlanta Hawks

It was not a matter of who would be named the hottest cheerleader from the Atlanta Hawks dance crew, it was just about which picture of Juliana's I would use to showcase her talents.

She says, "I love being a Hawks cheerleader because it gives me the chance and ability to make a difference in a fan's game day experience!"

We love that reason, too!

25. Sierra: New York Knicks

Being a New York Knick City dancer is the first, in a long line, of steps to becoming a celebrity.

Most of the women from the Knicks' dance squad go on to becoming models, actresses, etc...

Why should Sierra's path be any different?

24. Rachel: Detroit Pistons

There are few things I always consider when choosing a beautiful woman for my lists. I pride myself on always being open about who I chose, but something seemed to stay constant on this list. 

If your name is Rachel, you already have a good shot at making the cut. I did not do it on purpose, but this Rachel is one of many sexy ladies by the same name you will find on the list today.

23. Bethany: Indiana Pacers

Are you looking to impress the beautiful Bethany? If so, like most men probably are, here are some tips:

1) She loves to dance, obviously.

2) She wants to be a performer.

3) She works out and enjoy cute animals.

Vague? You betcha!

22. Mel: Toronto Raptors

When a woman wears a pair of pants that are so tight they look painted on, you might have yourself a keeper.

This theory is not fool proof, but it is closer to being true than being false. If you think Mel makes that basketball look sexy in this shot, you should see her others.

21. Brittney: Los Angeles Lakers

Brittney is a Los Angeles Laker girl. She has made it to the elite level of dancers in the NBA. No one—in the world—can say they have never heard of the Laker Girls. And if they do, they are probably lying.

Being named to the Laker girl squad puts Brittney on a long list of celebrities that once wore the purple and gold. Maybe we will be seeing her in Hollywood sometime in the future.

20. Rachel: Portland Trailblazers

The Portland Trailblazers suffered a huge loss this year when Brandon Roy announced his retirement. Although he was young and talented, with many years left to play, his knees just could not stay healthy.

Rachel, the Trailblazers hottest dancer, does not have knee problems. Please allow five to 10 minutes before the puns begin to flow. Thanks.

19. Rebecca: Milwaukee Bucks

Black looks good on Rebecca, the Milwaukee Bucks cheerleader holding down the No. 19 spot on the list.

Rebecca is showing her support for the color black, and Johnny Cash, by wearing a dress that would have any man staring, running into walls.

18. Tara: Washington Wizards

Now that the Washington Wizards have new, yet retro-looking uniforms, maybe they will being winning some games this year. Not so fast, my friend.

At least the consolation prize is a beautiful Wizards dancer named Tara. The team might lose but she doesn't.

17. Markee: Minnesota Timberwolves

When you picture a beautiful NBA dancer, what is one of the last things you think of? Their voice.

Markee is as solid as a rock, sexier than a coconut on the beach and hotter than a handful of hot rocks, but when she speaks, I am reminded of where she is from—Minnesota.

That being said, I still care very little about her accent; I find it to be unique and also kind of sexy.

16. Lauren: Houston Rockets

According to the Rockets dancers website, Lauren does not like cheesy pick-up lines. The line she hates the most?

"Do you have a map? I keep getting lost in your eyes." - Lauren

So if you are a cartographer, keep moving.

15. Jessica: Oklahoma City Thunder

Jessica is an Oklahoma City Thunder gal. She is from a group of dancers that deserve elite status. They might not have been around too long, but they have so much talent on the sidelines, it is not fair.

She is just one of the many women on the team that could have made this list. I could have went with Shonna, Hayley, or Riane, but something about Jessica (maybe it's the eyes) stood out.

14. Rachel: Golden State Warriors

As I said before, if you are named Rachel, you already have the edge, apparently.

I did not do that on purpose, it just happens that every teams' Rachel is a stone cold fox. This Rachel is an easy nine on a 10 scale.

13. Carly: Sacramento Kings

A woman in a bikini is an amazing thing. A woman in a string bikini with a backside that could make even Kim Kardashian a bit jealous, is more than amazing. It is ridiculous.

Carly has one of those features. She has the beautiful body that belongs on a list like mine. She has the wow factor.

12. Cassie: Philadelphia 76ers

The next time you are in Philadelphia, go to a Sixers game. I promise you will have a blast. Those games are insane, and the crowd is as much fun as the game itself.

What else would you expect from Philly fans? I would not be surprised if Cassie had more attitude than any of them. She is a Sixers dancer in Philly from New Jersey. Watch out.

11. Cassidy: Boston Celtics

When Cassidy was a child, she dreamt about being a princess. Now that she is a Boston Celtics dancer, she is almost a princess to the fans. She might not live in a castle, but when she enters a room, everyone stops and looks.

Also, if green was not her favorite color, it should be now.

10. Rhea: Los Angeles Clippers

The new-look Los Angeles Clippers feature an array of talented players. Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, Caron Butler and DeAndre Jordan are all future MVPs. Now all they have to do is win a championship, and soon.

Win or not, having that much talent on one team is something to cheer for and for that, Rhea thanks you.

9. Pamela: New Jersey Nets

How long before we start to call the New Jersey Nets the Jay-Z Nets? Oops, sorry. I meant the Brooklyn Nets.

Also, whoever came up with the idea for the Nets dancers' poses, wearing a black leotard and having the name Nets tattooed on their chest, needs a high five. Pamela looks smoking hot in that gear.

8. Alanna: San Antonio Spurs

First off, the beautiful San Antonio Spurs dancer Alanna, is on your right (closest to the camera).

With the Spurs being pegged as one of the older teams in the NBA, the dance team is the opposite. Most of the Silver Dancers were still in diapers when Tim Duncan entered the league.

7. Brittany Kerr: Charlotte Bobcats

The Charlotte Bobcats are known for one thing, being Michael Jordan's team. They have battled with mediocrity for years since their arrival into the NBA.

The one thing they have always had that was worth the price of a ticket? Hot dancers. Brittany was not an easy choice from a team full of hotties, but she was the best.

6. Kristen: New Orleans Hornets

I always love when my hometown shows up on a list. I am not biased, either. I am simply putting a beautiful woman in her spot. 

Kristen is a New Orleans Honeybee. She has beautiful blonde hair, looks good in teal and is from New Orleans. Three things I love in a woman—except for the teal.

5. Emily: Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies virtually came out of nowhere to knock off the Western Conference's top-ranked San Antonio Spurs last year in the NBA playoffs. They gave their city hope that someday they might be taking home the Larry O'Brien Trophy.

Emily gives us hope that if the Grizzlies do not win, we can still enjoy her beautiful mug. 

4. Odaymis: Miami Heat

To be a Miami Heat dancer, one thing is certain, you must be ridiculously hot. That is on the application, well, it should be.

Odaymis has been featured in one of my articles before and for good reason. She is a smoke show of hottness. It is not easy choosing the hottest Heat dancer, but she makes it just a bit easier.

3. Paula: Dallas Mavericks

Paula is a dancer for the red-hot Dallas Mavericks dance team. Although the Mavs are having a terrible start to the lockout-shortened season, that does not slow down Paula and her rocking hot body.

2. Ashley: Chicago Bulls

"Four buzzer beaters." - Ashley, from the newest Budweiser commercial for the NBA.

It also stars those annoying, albeit lovable, LMFAO guys. Is it just me, or do those guys know how to pick out beautiful talent? Good call with Ashley!

1. Rachel: Phoenix Suns

No, Rachel is not a rookie dancer for the Phoenix Suns. This will be her third season on the team. 

If you had to guess where she went to school, would you guess Arizona State? Of course. They produce more beautiful women than Nadya Suleman produces offspring.
