The San Francisco 49ers pulled out a hard-earned victory on the road in their final game of the 2011 NFL season.
The Rams gave them a terrific fight at the end, but their hopes were dashed when NaVorro Bowman sacked Kellen Clements and hurt his right knee.
Now, the Rams will go back to the drawing board, and they will likely fire head coach Steve Spagnuolo.
